Fourth son of Reverend Samuel Schwerdtfeger, Frederick,
though born in NY, firmly sided with the British (he was a member of the King's Royal Rifles),
and was awarded land as an United Empire Loyalist in the environs of Williamsburg, ON.


Gravestone moved to Pioneer Wall, Upper Canada Village, before the flooding of 1957, Riverside, ON
